1General Terms
Bajiko (bajiko.bet) is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between bajiko and each user.
Bajiko reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on the bajiko website and notified to users via registered email or mobile. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are formulated in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. In any dispute, bajiko's final decision shall apply.
2Account Registration & Personal Information
To open an account on bajiko, you must register with accurate and truthful information. Registration with false or incorrect information may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of deposited funds.
- One account per person: Only one bajiko account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Verifiable Information: Name, date of birth, mobile number, and address must be provided accurately.
- KYC Verification: bajiko may verify your identity before withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card or passport.
- Login Credential Security: Keep your username and password completely confidential. bajiko is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
Warning: Opening an account in someone else's name or with false information is legally punishable. bajiko reserves the right to immediately close suspicious accounts and report them to relevant authorities.
3Age & Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play games on bajiko. bajiko strictly prohibits registration by minors and may request documentation to verify age at any time.
- No person under 18 years of age may open a bajiko account.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor is also prohibited.
- Bajiko may request age verification documents in suspicious cases, and the account will remain suspended until documents are provided.
- If a bajiko account holder is proven to be under 18 years of age, all deposited funds will be refunded, but no winnings will be paid.
4Deposit & Payment Methods
You can deposit funds on bajiko using Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

- Minimum deposit: BDT ৳200.

Depositing from a third-party account is completely prohibited. Deposits must come from the registered user's own account.
Remember: All deposit transactions are processed through bajiko's secure payment gateway. bajiko will never ask for payment directly via phone or message.
5Withdrawal Policy
Account verification (KYC) must be completed to withdraw funds from bajiko. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verification.
- Minimum Withdrawal: BDT ৳500.
- Maximum Withdrawal: Maximum BDT 1,00,000 per day.
- Processing time: Typically 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawal channel: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for deposit.
- First Withdrawal: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
Bajiko reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in case of suspicious transactions and may request additional verification documents if necessary.
6Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bajiko offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before acceptance.
- Wagering requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. Each offer has separate conditions.
- Bonus Validity: All bonuses have a validity period. Unused bonuses expire after the deadline.
- Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically permitted.
- Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus abuse is found, bajiko will cancel the bonus and may suspend the account.
- Referral Bonus: Referral bonus applies only to valid new users.
Warning: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, providing fake referrals, or attempting to obtain bonuses through any other means will result in immediate account closure.
7Betting Rules
All bets placed on bajiko are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please read the odds and rules carefully before placing your bet.
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Odds change: Odds may change before an event starts. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
- Event cancellation: If an event is canceled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bajiko reserves the right to void that bet.
- Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win amount from a single bet may be capped.
- Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. bajiko is not responsible if a bet fails due to connection issues.
8Account Security
Bajiko uses the latest technology to secure your account. However, your own responsibility is equally important.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
- Never share your password or OTP with anyone.
- If you notice suspicious activity, report it to bajiko support immediately.
- Avoid logging in using public Wi-Fi.
Bajiko shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access unless it is proven that the loss occurred due to bajiko's own security failure.
9Prohibited Activities
Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited on bajiko. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of deposited funds.
- Money Laundering: Using bajiko as a means to launder illegal money.
- Bots & Automation: Placing bets or playing games using automated software.
- Collusion: Colluding with other users to defraud bajiko.
- Hacking or system manipulation: Attempting unauthorized access to bajiko's systems.
- Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
- Chargeback Fraud: Attempting to reclaim funds by filing fraudulent chargeback claims.
10Responsible Gaming
Bajiko believes gaming is entertainment — not addiction. Therefore, bajiko encourages every user to play responsibly and offers the following tools free of charge.
- Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your own account for a set period.
- Cooling-Off Period:Take a break from 24 hours to 30 days.

11Account Closure & Suspension
Bajiko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
- If fraud or deception is detected.
- KYC verification fails.
- If inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- User requests account closure.
If there is a valid balance when the account is closed, bajiko will refund it to the user's registered payment method. However, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
